July 22–26, 2026 (Arrive July 21st Depart July 27th)
"Sometimes the rarest flowers bloom from the tears we've cried."
This is more than a retreat. It's a return.
A return to your creativity.
A return to your joy.
A return to your voice.
A return to the woman you've always been beneath the expectations, heartbreak, and busyness of everyday life.
Set on a beautiful fruit farm overlooking the ocean in Savusavu, Fiji, Tears Into Flowers is an intimate five-day retreat for women ready to reconnect with themselves through healing, creativity, nature, and authentic cultural experiences.
With only 4–5 women, this retreat is designed to feel personal, relaxed, and deeply supportive. There is no pressure to perform, fix yourself, or become someone new.
You'll simply be invited to slow down, create, heal, laugh, swim in the ocean, experience Fiji through the eyes of locals, and remember the parts of yourself that have been waiting to bloom.
🌿 Our Home
We'll stay together in a beautiful home on a fruit farm overlooking Savusavu Harbour.
Wake up to tropical birds, ocean views, fresh fruit, and the slower rhythm of island life. Our home will be a space to journal, create, rest, connect, and simply be.

A poem.
A painting.

A song.
A business idea.
A comedy set.
Or simply your voice.
You don't have to be an artist.
You only have to be willing to express yourself.

🌺 A Final Note
I created Tears Into Flowers because I know what it feels like to lose your voice—and what it feels like to slowly find it again.
My hope is that you leave Fiji with more than beautiful memories.
I hope you leave with deeper self-trust.
With new friendships.
With inspiration.
With the courage to create.
And with the reminder that even the hardest seasons can become something beautiful.
I'd love to welcome you to Fiji.
